Graphic Design Process

From your project to a finished piece that fits the rest of your brand

Research

We learn the piece’s goal, who it’s for, and how it has to fit beside the rest of your brand. For a single project, that means understanding the audience, the format, and the moment it’s appearing in. For ongoing work, it means understanding your visual system and how new pieces should sit inside it.

The brief we write becomes the standard every visual choice answers to, so design serves the message instead of competing with it.

Ideate

We explore layouts, typography, and imagery in a few distinct directions. Each direction approaches your project differently, so the choice you make is between real alternatives instead of minor variations of one design.

Reasoning comes with each concept, so the final design is a decision rather than a default.

Design

We take the chosen direction and build out the final piece, refining typography, color, and composition until every detail is ready for print or screen. We tighten spacing and proportions, check how everything reads at the actual size people will see it, and align every visual choice with your brand system.

Your brand’s colors and typography stay consistent throughout, so the piece reads as part of the family.

Delivery

We prepare every file in the formats you’ll need, from print-ready PDFs to digital exports. For print, that includes bleeds, color profiles, and any specs your printer requires. For digital, it includes optimized files for every channel where the piece will appear.

You walk away with a finished piece and the source files behind it, so updates or new variations don’t mean starting over.

  • What is graphic design?

Graphic design covers the visual materials your business uses to communicate, like flyers, packaging, social media graphics, business cards, and presentations. If brand identity is the system, graphic design is everything that gets made with it.

  • Do you take on one-off projects or ongoing work?

Both. We design single pieces like a flyer, packaging refresh, or event poster, and we run recurring work like monthly social media graphics, ongoing brand applications, or a series of flyers across a campaign.

  • Do you design brand assets?

Yes. We design business cards, letterheads, social media graphics, packaging, presentation templates, and any other branded applications. Each piece stays consistent with your brand identity, so everything you put in front of customers feels like it came from the same place.

  • Do you design icons and illustrations?

Yes. We design custom icons, illustrations, and vector graphics for your website, app, and marketing materials. Each one is built to fit your brand and not pulled from a stock library where competitors can use the same set.

  • Do you design marketing materials?

Yes. We design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, business cards, email templates, and digital ads. Each piece is built around your brand identity, so customers see the same visual system whether they’re looking at a flyer, a poster, or your email.

  • Do you design infographics?

Yes. We design infographics that turn complex information into something visual and scannable, from data to processes to timelines. Each one fits your brand, not a stock template.
