Research
We start by learning your business, your customers, and what your competitors are doing well or badly. From there, we look at visual references you admire and the design styles customers already recognize on websites in your space.
That’s the brief every later decision answers to, so the design feels built for you instead of pulled off a shelf.
Information Architecture (IA)
We organize your pages and content into a structure visitors can navigate on instinct. Each section gets a clear purpose, the navigation gets tested for clarity, and the page flow leads visitors toward action instead of into dead ends.
You get a sitemap and a navigation plan before any visual work begins, so we agree on the shape of the website before we shape its look.
Wireframes
We lay out each page as a structural draft, focused on hierarchy and flow rather than colors or imagery. Wireframes show where the headline goes, where the proof sits, where the calls to action live, and how a visitor’s eye moves through it all.
You see how the design will work before you see how it looks, which is the cheapest time to change your mind.
Prototypes
We turn the wireframes into an interactive version that mirrors the real website. You can move through it page by page, click on links and buttons, and see how the design responds across different screen sizes.
You walk through it like a visitor would, flagging anything that feels off before development starts.
Handoff
We finalize every screen, polish the details, and hand a complete design package to the development team. You see the final version of every page in full detail, with every state and interaction documented for the build.
We stay involved through development and QA so the live website looks and feels like the version you approved, not a watered-down rendering of it.

What is the difference between web design and web development?
Design is what your website looks like and how it feels to use. Development is the code that makes everything work, including page loads, forms, and interactive features. Both have to be solid for the website to do its job.
Will the design of the website be unique?
Yes. We don’t use templates or stock themes. Your website is designed around your business and your audience, not bought off the shelf, so it actually looks like yours and not like a thousand others.
Will the website be responsive?
Yes. Every website we design works on desktops, tablets, and mobile. Mobile gets the same attention as desktop, since that’s where most visitors land first, and a clunky mobile experience is one of the fastest ways to lose them.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. A redesign starts with what’s working on your current website and what isn’t. We rebuild your design and code from there, so your new website is faster, cleaner, and easier to update.
Can you design to match my existing brand identity?
Yes. Send us your brand guidelines, or any logo, color, or typography materials, and the design will follow them. The website ends up looking like it belongs in the same family as the rest of your brand.
